रिफंड एवं रद्दीकरण नीति (Refund & Cancellation Policy)

1. Digital Delivery: PhotoParchi services (access codes, PDF/ZIP voter slips, bilingual spreadsheets) are delivered digitally and immediately upon successful payment authorization.

2. Cancellation: Because voter slip rendering is initiated instantly upon order completion, orders cannot be cancelled once digital files or access codes have been issued.

3. Refund Eligibility: If your payment succeeds on the gateway but an unexpected technical error prevents generation or download of your authorized voter slips, you are entitled to a 100% refund.

4. Refund Processing Timeline: Refund requests can be raised via WhatsApp or email ([email protected]) citing your Order ID. Approved refunds are credited back to the original payment source within 5 to 7 business days via Cashfree Payments.
