1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing and using SmartBooth PhotoParchi (parchi.smartbooth.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and applicable Indian electoral laws.

2. Nature of Service: SmartBooth provides software-assisted voter slip layout formatting, bilingual text alignment, and PDF/Excel generation based on officially published public State Election Commission (SEC) voter rolls for authorized election candidates.

3. Candidate Responsibilities: Users and election candidates are responsible for verifying that electoral candidate names, symbols, and local ward details entered adhere to Model Code of Conduct regulations.

4. Intellectual Property: All software algorithms, layout designs, and formatting utilities remain the proprietary intellectual property of Vedmap Technologies / SmartBooth.

5. Limitation of Liability: SmartBooth is a digital productivity and communication tool. In no event shall SmartBooth be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of generated print-ready slips.
